Descent into Madness, day three

by @ 7:30 pm. Filed under Blatherings, Linkworthy, Garden, Photography

Day one was a tough one, day two was spent cleaning and purging and listening to lots of blues. Today has been chatting with friends and delving into the closet, the final frontier (well, one of two..there is still the under my bed to tackle…eeks), purging and cleaning. Hope to have it all done by tonight so I can sleep on my bed again!

Yesterday I had the help of a friend, such a dear soul he is. Offered up a little something when I needed a life line the most. In return I will leave his website here, he has a book out too. Need some guidance? he’s the one to turn to, very intuitive and helpful. Anyway, he gave me something to think about and while it wasn’t a message I was wanting to hear or expecting it was something I needed nonetheless. A good kick in the spiritual arse so to speak.

So, a thorough cleaning of my space, which has taken days, I’ve been reorganizing my witchy stuff, bringing in fresh flowers, set up my altar for summer (still had Yule stuff on there!). Made a nice batch of spearmint-infused lemonade and have been sorting through and purging anything I’ve hung onto far too long and have no need for.

Tomorrow I’ll hit the gym bright and early, and again Tuesday. Wednesday I’ll drive up early to see my girlie and stay over night and head back to work Thursday only to turn around Friday and head back to Maine to get her! woohoo! I can get 3 days of the gym this week and now that I have floorspace (or will when the closet is reorganized) I can get some yoga/pilates on my off-gym days. This week is looking less daunting, I’m pretty sure I’ll be working a few hours tomorrow night and then I’ll work at school Tuesday and Thursday, see my girl Weds and Fri so, yep. I think this might not be such a quick descent into madness after all…I just need to stop having these sudden panic attacks of worry concerning my girl. She took her amethyst and tigers eye with her, she’s safe.

ok, back to work…I need a bed and a relatively clear floorspace tonight….
